1. Processing Time

  • All items are made to order. Current turnaround times will be indicated on the website. Bundles are pre-ordered and will also be indicated on the product page.  Should there be a delay in production, you will either receive an email regarding the delay, or a message will be displayed on our website.
  • Custom or personalized orders may take longer depending on the request. Additionally, orders may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in approximately [3-7 business days] after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping is available to PO Boxes

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location,

  • Package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly stated during promotions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Issues

  • EF Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

7. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. .
