Made-to-Order Items

All items are made to order and customized just for you. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on my end (such as the wrong design or misspelling that doesn't match your approved request), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I will be happy to work with you to make it right.

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, including spelling, colors, and sizing if applicable. I am not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit will be issued only if the returned item is received within 7 days of the original delivery date. Items received after this period will not be eligible for store credit.

Refunds

A refund will be issued only if the returned item is received within 7 days of the original delivery date. Items received after this timeframe will not qualify for a refund.

Once a refund is approved and processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Store credit and refunds are granted at the discretion of EF EMBROIDERY and are typically only issued in cases of damage or an error on our part.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Proof of damage or error (such as clear photos) may be required to process any return.
